AV scope and vendor comparison

$1,500

For a defined event with an AV decision still to make. We turn the agenda and room plans into a written requirements brief, compare up to three supplier proposals, and identify the questions that need answers before you approve the spend.

You receive a room-by-room brief, an itemized comparison, one supplier clarification call and a written recommendation. Includes one main room, up to two straightforward breakout rooms and one revision. More complex programs are scoped separately.

Service 02

Production planning support

$1,200

Extra planning capacity for an agency or production team with a booked event. A defined eight-hour package can cover agreed production schedules, run-of-show documents, staffing plans or speaker handoff checklists. We agree on the documents and deadlines before work starts.

Can you guarantee savings?

No. Sometimes a proposal is already appropriate. The goal is a sound decision based on the event requirements, full cost and delivery responsibilities.
